Every part is tested and photographed before listing. If a part you receive does not match the listing or does not work as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right.
What We Accept
- Parts that do not match the listing description
- Parts damaged in transit
- Verified defective parts (14-day window)
What We Do Not Accept
- Parts that fit the listing but do not fit your specific bike (used parts are tagged to their parent machine — please confirm compatibility before ordering)
- Parts returned after 30 days
